New Patent Auto Meaty Stick Making Machine With Auto Tray Loader is new designed by Smart team, Full automatic tray system mainly is used for providing continuous individual tray to meat strip machine. To make products which produced by meat strip machine be cut according to tray`s dimension and automatically enter into tray, it is convenient for subsequent baking link.
Two layers belts design, meat strip comes on upper belt, and trays comes on nether belt.
Smart auto meat strip machine was just installed in Taiwan client's factory, 32 pcs can be made one time, the capacity is able to reach 500kg/hr. If 16pcs, the capacity is 400-450kg/hr.
It is the first processing line to produce meat strips automatically and continuously.
The diameter and shape of meat strips can be varied by changing the molds.
Fully controlled by PLC and touch screen to reduce the labor cost, 2-3 workers are needed to operate the whole line.
The characteristics is discharging speed, output evenly, can infuse bowel flesh lump, can also be used to fill the mi bowel, flexible, convenient and freeloading, high efficiency, continuous production capacity, and cleaning convenient, suitable for various types of production enterprises.
