Fish feed pellet machine is fully made of stainless steel 304, conforming to food grade.
• Cereal puffing machine: mainly used for puffed corn, rice and corn

It is widely used in food, feed and industrial field due to an extruder‘s functional diversity, on the extruder (dry, wet, single or twin screw) mechanical structure basis, Qidong would like to introduce one or a set of functions of that in the food or feed processing :
♣Unifying and coacervation : during the extrusion process, food or feed ingredients can be closely integrated and agglomerate into discrete pieces.
♣ Outgassing: food or feed ingredients containing tiny bubbles will be removed in the process .
♣ Dehydration: the water content based on the original will lose 4-7% by the expanded process in general food or feed
♣ Expansion effect: extrusion machine operating condition and configuration can obviously affect the pet feed and aquatic feed porosities (such as heavy or buoyancy)
♣ Gelatination: the cooking during extruding can make the starch (from various sources, such as tubers or grain pasting) in the food or pet food gelatinized by more than 90%
♣ Grinding effect: raw materials can be grinding to a certain extent in the extruder in the food or feed processing
♣ Homogenizing effect: the homogenization effect of the extrusion machine can change not attractive raw material structure to a more acceptable form
♣ Mixing: in the puffing process, by choose a screw from a wide variety,the level and amount of mixing result can be expected
