The processing technology of Pasta Macaroni is single-screw extrusion molding. Its advantage is that it can replace various molds and supporting equipment to extrude hollow, solid thin noodles, spirals, shells, elbows, and other colorful varieties. After the improvement of equipment in recent years and the increase of drying temperature, the whole production line has the characteristics of high degree of automation, simple operation and short process time. The equipment configuration and processing mold can be changed according to customer requirements.
1. Flour mixing machine: A device that mixes various raw materials into a certain amount of water or liquid additives to achieve full mixing after stirring. All parts of the powder mixer in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel.
The discharge port adopts a brand-new handle open door structure design, which has a good sealing effect and avoids the leakage problem of the common powder mixer
2. Screw conveying: can transport the mixed raw materials to the hopper of the extruder. The material is conveyed to the feeder of the extruder in a sealed stainless steel cylinder without leakage, dust, and pollution. The feeding amount is uniform and stable, and the parts in contact with the materials are all made of stainless steel or surface spraying treatment.
3. Single screw main engine: It is composed of feed system, extrusion system, heating system, transmission system, rotary cutting system and control system. The raw materials are sterilized by high temperature and high pressure during the processing process to ensure the health and safety of the products. The main machine adopts frequency conversion speed control to adapt to different varieties and raw materials.
4. The discharge cutter is controlled by frequency conversion speed control to adjust the size of the material; advanced electrical control The design makes the whole machine highly automated and runs smoothly.
5. Cutting machine: used to cut macaroni to the required length. The cutter can be adjusted by frequency conversion to cut out different bite lengths; with a protective shell to ensure the safety of the operator; equipped with a calender roller to make the surface of the macaroni smooth and uniform, and the thickness is uniform.
